Author Kamal S Kader has a master degree in criminal justice and is a retired Senior Intelligence Specialist at the Counter Terrorism Unit. He provided international terrorist training to intelligence analysts regularly. Additionally, Mr. Kader was responsible for various complex translation assignments and conducted in-depth language analyses supporting the Counter-Terrorism Unit (C.T.U.). Furthermore, he has developed and maintained coordination and liaison with his counterparts throughout the intelligence and law enforcement community; he worked with the National Joint Terrorism Task Force (N.J.T.T.F.).
Mr. Kader has completed the Intelligence Familiarization course at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) Academy, Center for Intelligence training in Quantico, Virginia, completed the Federal Bureau of Prisons Investigative Intelligence Training at Management and Specialty Training Center Aurora, Colorado. He has also completed F.B.I. Special Weapons and Tactics training.
He also assisted in writing policies and procedures for the Federal Bureau of Prisons while working at the Washington, DC central office. He was responsible for the Southeast Region community corrections offices contracting to include Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has monitored Correctional Institutions and Community Corrections Centers to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures. Mr. Kader has written and updated Policies and procedures for the Federal Community Corrections / Reentry Centers.
Furthermore, H assisted the Juvenile Administrator in writing Custody Classification and Security Designation policies for Juveniles in the custody of the Federal Government. senior
